Product Description
Humidity Chamber is most commonly utilized in pharmaceutical and chemical industries for testing their new formulations. It is widely used for monitoring shelf life and stability of drugs under control conditions. This chamber has been designed having double walled PUF insulated structure with powder coated stainless steel made internal shelves. It has been equipped with a high quality atomizer which sprays water uniformly at high pressure which instantly gets heated. Humidity Chamber also finds application in rubber & plastic industries for monitoring physical & chemical characteristics of products.

Construction Details
- Double wall construction
- Designed as per ICH guidelines to meet, WHO and USFDA requirement
- Fulfills storage conditions of 25oC - 60% RH, 40oC - 75% RH, 30oC - 65% RH, 25oC - 40% RH, 30oC - 35% RH
- Interior fabricated from high grade stainless steel (S.S.304).
- Exterior body made of Mild steel material - which is duly powder coated in attractive shades
- Full size polycarbonate sheet inner door to inspect samples without affecting the control parameters.
- Electrical wiring as per CE Compliances
- Chamber illumination is accomplished by Fluorescent light with door switch.
- Cord wire duly tested and inspected with stress factor as per standard

Insulation
70mm polyurethane insulation (PUF)/ fiberboard to ensure better insulation and less leakage of temperature or RH from inner body to the surroundings.
Air Circulation
Quiet running blower maintains Uniform Temperature Distribution throughout the chamber. Forced air circulated vertically down and re-circulated throughout the chamber for uniform temperature distribution.
Heating & Cooling System
Long lasting U-Shaped tubular heaters used as heating element. Hermetically sealed compressor, which is CFC free and eco-friendly, utilizes the refrigerant (R-134A gas) to maintain chamber temperature within specified range.
